NanRise Collaborates with CSTID in China to Further Urban Voluntary Carbon Credits in China

NanRise has established a long term strategic collaboration with an MOU with the Center of Science, Technology and Industrial Development CSTID under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development in China, to execute a programme to develop voluntary carbon credits for the decarbonization project activities in the built environment, particularly in green buildings and business parks.

The MOU takes effect from 2022 and currently over 2 million sm of energy efficient building floors areas in various cities have been included in the programme. The programme will continue to grow geographically and in scale. The voluntary carbon mitigation, avoidance and removal actions will be developed into credits based on national and international standards.

NanRise will work with international and domestic enterprises and investors to support these high quality and scalable projects.
