南科创新与中国住房和城乡建设部科技发展中心签订正式合作为中国城市的城区制定碳核算指南
NanRise has entered into a formal collaboration agreement with the Center of Science, Technology and Industrial Development of the China Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development in January 2022, to develop the first carbon emission accounting guidelines for urban district development projects in Chinese cities.
The collaboration aims at releasing the guidelines to standardize carbon emission methodology, database management and monitoring processes for urban district scale development such as industrial parks, science parks, campus, urban neighborhoods and new towns.
A series of testbeds and pilot projects will be undertaken by the joint team in 2022.
Initial expression of supports and intention to participate in the pilots have already been received from Tianjin, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

该合作旨在发布指导方针，以标准化工业园、科技园、校园、城市社区和新市镇等城区规模发展的碳排放方法、数据库管理和监控流程。联合团队将在2022年开展一系列试验和试点项目。天津、广州和深圳已经初步表达了参与试点的支持和意愿。
