Dr. Stanley YIP, CEO of NanRise spoke at the 4th World Intelligence Congress held on 23 ans 24 June 2020 at Tianjin, China. He was invited to speak at the China-Singapore Smart City Forum on the topic “From EcoCampus to Singapore-China Collaboration in Built Environment and Properties Technology Commercialization”.
The fourth world intelligent Congress was jointly organized by the China National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration of Radio and Television, the State Internet Information Office, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Chinese Association of Science and Technology and the Tianjin Municipal People's government. The conference adopts a new mode of "on cloud" hosting. The total number of people watching the cloud opening ceremony and theme summit online simultaneously from 40 live websites and platforms is up to 58.6 million, with a total of 392 million visitors.
Themed "Integration, Innovation, and Development", the China-Singapore Smart City Forum will bring together top experts, scholars, industry leaders, and in particular entrepreneurs from China and Singapore to share their insights into the future of smart cities. They will discuss a wide range of topics ranging from top-level design, foundations, and construction of smart modules and scenarios to the application of new technologies such as 5G and AI, industrial development, and cross-border cooperation. The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City will be taken as an example to illustrate and map out for the development of smart cities.
