NanRise held Green Energy Workshop for Keppel Land

Dr Stanley Yip, CEO of NanRise held a workshop for Keppel Land China on 13 September 2023 on the latest developments of green power and renewable energy certificate markets both in China and globally. The half day workshop was attended by staff of Keppel Land both from the China and the Singapore offices. Dr. Yip explained the market development and the financial impacts of purchasing green electricity as well as renewable energy certificates in the regional and global markets for real estate companies. The implication on scope 3 emissions of the company, the pathways to achieve 100% renewable energy usage and eventually the net zero goal were discussed.
